My name is Shelby and I work at a real estate office in Columbus, Ohio. I’m a licensed Realtor and work as the Office Administrator for our main branch. My day to day job involves troubleshooting and helping our agents tackle their projects (big and small) and that sometimes means becoming an impromptu Tech Support Specialist.
